Matangi's standard bures

Matangi Island Resort offers two Island Bures. These bures were some of the first ones ever built at Matangi.

Each Matangi Island Resort bure offers:
  • a spacious bedroom,
  • a sitting area inside and
  • a covered sitting area outside,
  • a spacious bathroom with hot shower, and
  • a mini-bar/coffee tea making facility.

The Island Bures at Matangi Island Resort offer a dividing wall/separation between the bedroom and the sitting area. These are ideal for families and those guests seeking separate, more private sleeping arrangements.

Island Bures can accommodate a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children plus one infant in a crib.
