"When I first saw pictures of Fiji, I knew that is where I should take my wife for our honeymoon. After meeting you and discussing our options, I could "feel" Matangi Island was the place I always hoped for. The honeymoon you put together for Beth and I was better than anything we dreamed of. We didn’t know life could be so good! It really was the best vacation ever.
The bure was really cool, I loved not having a clock to keep track of my day. The daily activities were well planned and showed us different “slices” of Fiji. The food was tasty, I still miss my "Matangi Omelet", but most of all, we really miss the staff on Matangi Island. The Fijian people are so welcoming and made us feel at home from the start. The Fijian laugh still rings in our ears as we look at our pictures.
One of the things we enjoyed the most was meeting the other couples on the island. We made some good friends that we still keep in touch with and hope to meet back on Matangi for a five-year anniversary trip. We just hope we can wait that long!
So… VINAKA! Our honeymoon was a success from start to finish and know you worked very hard making our vacation perfect. We look forward to calling you to set up our next trip."

1. The staff were gracious, helpful and couldn't do enough to make us happy.

3. The island is absolutely gorgeous and there are so many wonderful excursions to take.

This place is peaceful, quiet, full of happiness. The staff sings traditional songs for dinner, we visited a neighboring island village, we hiked to a neighboring island waterfall, in the middle of a very active, rich rainforest, we snorkeled in the middle of the ocean next to a ship wreck, we picnicked on Horseshoe Bay (just the two of us) - it was a perfect day!
